There is Preview Thursdays that takes place the evening before First Friday and for the past year there in Third Fridays. Third Friday is yet another day that you can come down and enjoy Art and Culture Vegas style and now that the Arts Factory has a Bar + Bistro you can get some nosh and a cocktail! Ahhh La Dolce Vita...

Cult hero Paul Bartel directed this low-budget satire in which America’s passion for cars, violence, and sporting events are finally brought together. In Death Race 2000,a champion of a brutal cross-country car race of the future where pedestrians are run down for points has a change of heart while being hounded by rivals and a conspiracy seeking to stop the race.

A nosh or drink more your speed? Enjoy dinner and a cocktail before the movie at 8pm. And unlike Death Race, you won’t get points for running over pedestrians on your way home.

Saturday, January 22nd join us from 7-10pm for Painters and Poets Jam, hosted by Alex P. Huerta and Born and Raised Productions. Enjoy the backdrop of live music from INTERZONE to the swaying rythmic words of the poets. The live mike is not only for established poets, but for anyone who wants to explore the fusion of poetry, spoken word, and music. Whether you choose to show off your inner talent or remain a spectator, you won’t find this anywhere else but at Bar+Bistro.
