A Downtown Bodega (Grocery) Opens!!!

Finally after almost 6 wonderful years living Downtown I can literally walk across the street and pick up eggs, peperoncinis, mixed nuts and a coke without even getting in my car. Even better, I can get a can of shaving cream without having to ask an attendant to open up a case!

After months of anticipation Resnicks Grocery Store, located on the first floor of Soho Lofts has finally opened. It is without a doubt the very thing that we were missing Downtown; an independent grocery store that does not require me to drive miles just to get a few things.

The place is very reminiscent of the bodegas in big cities. There are plenty of great and healthy products to choose from, convenience and honestly you can't get any more green then walking to the place. Come to think of it Soho Lofts is where I can shop and get my hair cut (Globe Salon) all within a few feet of my front door!

Resnicks is the perfect addition to a growing and even more exciting Downtown.
