Brett Wesley Gallery is proud to presenting Fluid, featuring paintings by New York artist, Peter Fox. Opening and artist reception will be Thursday September 2, 2010 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at 1112 S. Casino Center Blvd. This event is free to the public. Foxs paintings dizzy the eye with a kaleidoscope of harmonious color, formed of an acrylic/gel medium that he carefully pours from the top of the canvas. Intense layers of paint overlap and push off the canvas, nearing the brink of the third dimension. Foxs kinetic paintings transcend their medium and the relationship between color, texture and form.
