September First Friday is here...

Well I hate to say it but First Friday is upon us and I will not be here to celebrate it with everyone. I am off to the Big Apple for my yearly pilgrimage of family, friends, museums, Broadway, gastronomic delights and all the other wonderful things that make up that amazing and exciting city. In either case I will be here in spirit...

Here are many of the details for First Friday thanks to our friend City Funkhouser.

Casino Center Blvd. This event is free to the public. Foxs paintings dizzy the eye with a kaleidoscope of harmonious color, formed of an acrylic/gel medium that he carefully pours from the top of the canvas. Intense layers of paint overlap and push off the canvas, nearing the brink of the third dimension. Foxs kinetic paintings transcend their medium and the relationship between color, texture and form.
