First Friday and a nice Hot August Night!

First of all I just want to send out a huge apology to all of my amazing readers and followers. Not because I am some absent minded blogger but rather because I have been a little quiet on the blogging side of things. Granted I will be the first to admit I have been a wee-bit busy. Besides my day job as "curator extraordinaire", I was recently appointed as Chairman of the Liberace Foundation for the Performing and Creative Arts. A role that never in my wildest dreams ever thought I would step into (more on that later).

Of course all this has kept me busy to say the least. But the good thing I have to report it has not stopped me from being on the pulse of what is happening in the arts in Southern Nevada. If anything it has kept even more abreast of the arts and all of its amazing little nuances. With this said we are in for a treat tonight as Las Vegas' Arts and Culture scene blows up with First Friday.

Though I am not going to post a concise list of what is happening simply because there is so much here are a few things that you should not miss. So get out and explore to find all the little hidden treasures in and around Downtown and Las Vegas' very own arts district.
