The Smith Center reaches for the sky...

Yesterday marked an historic moment in the development of the Cultural Arts in Las Vegas with the topping off ceremony of the Smith Center for the Performing Arts in Downtown Las Vegas. I have posted a few images of the event which brought out hundreds of people to enjoy history in the making.
