The Las Vegas Philharmonic will be playing live in the Smith Center pit as George Balanchine's "Jewels" will be performed by Nevada Ballet Theater, Pacific Northwest Ballet, and Ballet West October 13 at 7:30 and October 14 at 1:00 in The Smith Center for the Performing Arts. The three-part work was inspired by the beauty of emeralds, rubies, and diamonds.
