An Afternoon of Trumpets, Tenors & Troisième...


There are three spectacular events this afternoon in the Radiant City for you to enjoy. Unfortunately the Big Band and Tenors coincide but the Ballet has shows all week. But I am certain that either one that you choose will be spectacular.

At the Charleston Heights Arts Center
Saturday, December 19, 2 p.m.
Big Band Pops Christmas Featuring Tony Scodwell (all ages) and vocalist Lisa Mayer.
Tickets: $5 all seats

At the Historic Fifth Street School
Saturday, December 19, from 3 to 5 p.m. FREE
Holiday Tenors For You Concert featuring classically trained tenors Michael Rodrigues, Mark Thomsen, Marco Varela and Dr. Alfonse Anderson will present two hours of Christmas favorites, accompanied by Barbara Riske and a few other guest performers.

Historic Fifth Street School is located at 401 S. Fourth St. Admission is free. Call 229-3515 for more information.
