Where in Las Vegas is Geoff Carter?

Vegas ex-patriate and current Seattle resident Geoff Carter will be returning to the city. His visit this time will be an exercise in both cultural anthropology and sleep-deprivation.

I'll be out there from midnight on the 2nd to midnight the following evening, and I'll only be allowed short breaks to change clothes, do the necessary and gulp down handfuls of ibuprofen."
