Carolyn Goodman elected as Las Vegas' next Mayor!!!

In a huge victory Carolyn Goodman, wife of out going and very popular Mayor Oscar B. Goodman, has been elected as Las Vegas' next Mayor. Carolyn beat out her opponent Clark County Commissioner Chris Giunchigliani 60% to 39%.

In the Ward 3 City Council race Former State Senator Bob Coffin defeated Adriana Martinez by a few hundred votes; in what could easily be considered one of the nastiest races in Las Vegas municipal election history.

As far as I am concerned I am glad its over. No more robo-calls, no more nasty fliers or knocks on the door. Now we need to come together as a community and continue the hard work that we started years ago. Making Las Vegas, especially Downtown, as livable and exciting as ever.
