So make sure to stop by the World Famous Arts Factory in Downtown Las Vegas TONIGHT for some nosh, a cocktail and most definitely a little Xanadu!!!
CAMP 107 {Cocktails, Cuisine & Classic Cinema Experience}
Put on your legwarmers and join us as we revisit the 1980s with XANADU. The Greek muses incarnate themselves on Earth to inspire men to achieve. One of them, incarnated as a girl named Kira, (Olivia Newton-John), encounters an artist named Sonny Malone. With the help of Danny McGuire, a man Kira had inspired forty years earlier, Sonny builds a huge disco roller rink.
So put on your shiniest lip gloss, (oh, come on you metrosexuals, you know you have some). Feather your hair if you have any, and enjoy dinner and a cocktail before the movie at 8pm. Kooky abandon and unembarassed chutzpah make it a movie nobody dared to love - except us of course, at Bar+Bistro.
Saturday, February 12th
Join us from 7-10pm for Painters and Poets Jam, hosted by Alex P. Huerta and Born and Raised Productions. Enjoy the backdrop of live music from INTERZONE to the swaying rythmic words of the poets. The live mike is not only for established poets, but for anyone who wants to explore the fusion of poetry, spoken word, and music. Whether you choose to show off your inner talent or remain a spectator, you won’t find this anywhere else but at Bar+Bistro.
